The Med4 Elite* offers four therapy options: Heat, Cold, Rapid Contrast and Compression-Only for one or two patients simultaneously. The device is controlled by an intuitive touch screen computer interface, allowing the user to manage the therapy modalities as well as easily adjust and monitor treatment times, temperature and compression settings.

Warranty

Game Ready* control units are covered by a limited one-year warranty. The dual-action heat exchangers of all wraps are covered by a limited one-year warranty. To obtain warranty coverage, your product(s) must be properly registered at the time of purchase. For USA purchases, please use the form below to register your Game Ready equipment.

Returns and Refunds
  • Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from the customer service department. To expedite the process please complete the form below and email the completed PDF to: support@elitedynamicsfitness.com. You can also contact the FEI returns department at: +1-914-345-9300 ext. 1110 or 800-431-2830 ext. 1110. You can fax your return request form to: +1-914-345-9800, attention: returns department.

     

    RMA Request Form
  • Return authorization number must appear on each returned package
  • Return the merchandise to the location given by the customer service department
  • Keep a record covering the shipment of returned merchandise (this is for your protection in case you need to get a proof-of-delivery from the shipper)
  • No unauthorized return will be accepted
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days
  • FEI charges a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise in resalable condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the merchandises is received as a result of FEI’s error
  • FEI will credit your account for returned merchandise as soon as return is received and processed
  • Credits for return is issued only to original purchaser. Credit will be applied to your open balance or to future purchases. No cash refund will be issued.
