Designed for use with the Game Ready GRPro 2.1 Therapy System Control Unit, this rechargeable battery ensures continuation of treatment when an outlet is inconvenient or can't be found at all. This Battery Pack will provide up to 7 hours of portable power, making it ideal for treatment on the go and under adverse conditions. Please note,  this is the Rechargeable Battery Pack only. Wraps, Control Unit and additional Game Ready accessories are available separately. Complete kit includes the Battery Pack, A/C adapter, battery connection cable and a carrying case. Weighing in at less than a pound and smaller than 8", storing or taking the battery on the go is a breeze. Fully charges in just a few hours. LED power meter instantly informs user of remaining power at just the push of a button. The adapter will display a green light during the charge cycle. Once all four LED lights turn blue on the battery, the battery is fully charged.

Game Ready* control units are covered by a limited one-year warranty. The dual-action heat exchangers of all wraps are covered by a limited one-year warranty. Returns and Refunds
  • Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from the customer service department. To expedite the process please complete the form below and email the completed PDF to: support@elitedynamicsfitness.com. You can also contact the FEI returns department at: +1-914-345-9300 ext. 1110 or 800-431-2830 ext. 1110. You can fax your return request form to: +1-914-345-9800, attention: returns department.

  • Return authorization number must appear on each returned package
  • Return the merchandise to the location given by the customer service department
  • Keep a record covering the shipment of returned merchandise (this is for your protection in case you need to get a proof-of-delivery from the shipper)
  • No unauthorized return will be accepted
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days
  • FEI charges a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise in resalable condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the merchandises is received as a result of FEI’s error
  • FEI will credit your account for returned merchandise as soon as return is received and processed
  • Credits for return is issued only to original purchaser. Credit will be applied to your open balance or to future purchases. No cash refund will be issued.
