Description
This Game Ready Dual Connector Hose allows facilities to complete twice as many treatment sessions in the same amount of time it currently takes to complete one. With one end connected to the Game Ready Control Unit, the dual ends can treat two patients at the same time or one patient needing two wrap treatments at the same time.

Simply attach the single end  to the Control Unit. Apply wraps to the patient(s) being treated and attach the dual ends. Press the start button on the Control Unit and therapy begins. Simple to use with one-button, quick-connect convenience. With 5' of length, there's plenty of give for patients to be comfortably situated without fear of pulling or snagging the hose on something. For best performance, try and keep both wraps on the same elevation plane. In the case where one patient is using two wraps on two different body parts at the same time, it is not uncommon that the patient feel one wrap is more compressed or colder than the other. Users should understand that the wraps are functioning properly, and this is just a result of the different sensitivities of different body parts to cold and compression.
Please note, this is the 5' Dual Connector Hose only. Wraps, control unit and all other Game Ready accessories are available separately. While the hose is 5' in total length, it's 4' from the "Y" split to the wraps. Dual Connector Hose must be attached to two wraps. It cannot be used with only a single wrap. Cold and compression in each wrap cannot be controlled individually. The Control Unit will provide the same level of cold and compression to both wraps. When storing the hose, it should be stored coiled. It must not be left kinked or compressed. Easy to clean using water and mild soap.

Game Ready* control units are covered by a limited one-year warranty. The dual-action heat exchangers of all wraps are covered by a limited one-year warranty.   • Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from the customer service department.   • Return authorization number must appear on each returned package
  • Return the merchandise to the location given by the customer service department
  • Keep a record covering the shipment of returned merchandise (this is for your protection in case you need to get a proof-of-delivery from the shipper)
  • No unauthorized return will be accepted
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days
  • FEI charges a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise in resalable condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the merchandises is received as a result of FEI’s error
  • FEI will credit your account for returned merchandise as soon as return is received and processed
  • Credits for return is issued only to original purchaser. Credit will be applied to your open balance or to future purchases. No cash refund will be issued.
