The Rechargeable Battery Pack Connector Cable is the replacement you need to take Game Ready therapy on the go. The cable serves two purposes. First to connect the adapter to the battery to charge and then second, to connect the battery to the Game Ready Control Unit. Please note, this is the Rechargeable Battery Pack Connector Cable only. The Rechargeable  Battery, Wraps, Control Unit and additional Game Ready accessories are available separately. This cable allows battery to fully charge in just a few hours. Once all four LED lights turn blue on the battery, the battery is fully charged.

Game Ready* control units are covered by a limited one-year warranty. The dual-action heat exchangers of all wraps are covered by a limited one-year warranty. To obtain warranty coverage, your product(s) must be properly registered at the time of purchase. For USA purchases, please use the form below to register your Game Ready equipment.

  • Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from the customer service department. To expedite the process please complete the form below and email the completed PDF to: support@elitedynamicsfitness.com.   • Return authorization number must appear on each returned package
  • Return the merchandise to the location given by the customer service department
  • Keep a record covering the shipment of returned merchandise (this is for your protection in case you need to get a proof-of-delivery from the shipper)
  • No unauthorized return will be accepted
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days
  • FEI charges a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise in resalable condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the merchandises is received as a result of FEI’s error
  • FEI will credit your account for returned merchandise as soon as return is received and processed
  • Credits for return is issued only to original purchaser. Credit will be applied to your open balance or to future purchases. No cash refund will be issued.
