Muscle D Fitness: Refund & Return Policy

• Order Cancellation

  • Cancel an order any time before shipment for a full refund, less applicable processing fees.

• 30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting info@muscledfitness.com.

• Restocking Fee (20%)

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Original shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
  • Keep proof of purchase (receipt) on hand.
  • Unapproved returns (items sent back without contacting us first) will not be accepted.

• Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.

  • Used or custom products (including personalized or special orders) are not returnable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also not returnable.

• Exchanges

  • Return the unwanted item and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

• Refund Process

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Muscle D Fitness: Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates (Continental U.S.)

• Megatron & Selectorized Machines: $300 flat rate per machine
• Plate Loaded Line: $250 flat rate per machine
• Steppers, Treadmills, Ellipticals: $275 flat rate per machine
• Bikes & Rowers: $150 flat rate per machine

Each machine has a separate flat rate shipping fee; fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Shipping Regions

• Continental United States: Flat-rate fees apply only within the continental U.S.
• Other Locations: Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations—please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Process

   • Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we begin preparing your equipment for shipment.
2. Tracking Information
   • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Responsibility
