- You will be charged outbound and return shipping costs (regardless of any promotions offered at purchase).
2. 7-Day Trial Period
- Usage Window
- Use the chair for 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Return Request
- If you’re unhappy, call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days.
- Original Condition & Packaging
- The chair must be in original condition, with original cartons and packaging.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, you can purchase it for $550 (includes all pads and boxes).
- Pallet & Securement
- The chair must be strapped onto the original pallet for pickup.
- The customer is responsible for all freight shipping charges and any white glove fees.
- Restocking Fee (25%)
