2x4 Fortified Wood Framing
People maintain their home saunas, so 1x2 framing is adequate. However, commercial saunas require 2x4 wood framing due to the heavy abuse and frequent usage they face from commercial users. We design our commercial saunas with 2x4 wood framing to withstand the heavy wear and tear of commercial environments. Every one of our commercial saunas is built to be practically indestructible.
10x Reinforced Commercial Grade Floors
In commercial saunas the floor is the first thing to be damaged. That's why instead of having wood every 10 inches, we reinforce the floors with heavy duty wood every 1 inch. This means we use 10 times more wood than our competitors to avoid any issues.

Unlike the standard 77-inch tall saunas offered by our competitors, our commercial models stand out with a height of 86 inches. They comfortably accommodate people as tall as 6'8", which is the majority of the population.
Extra Long Ergonomic 31-Inch Tall Built-In Backrest
Going beyond the usual 12-inch sauna backrests, we decided on a spacious 31-inch. Others may charge $500 for this feature, but we believe in providing a high level of comfort as a standard in our saunas.
Safety Auto Shut-Off Timer System
Each of our saunas comes equipped with a timer that can be set for up to 90 minutes. After this period, the sauna will automatically shut off unless the session is extended. The maximum duration for a single session is 90 minutes.
3X Hemlock Walls
We want your sauna to be indestructible and to retain heat as effectively as possible. That's why, instead of using single hemlock wood like many of our competitors, we use it threefold. We construct all the walls with triple-layered wood, sealing your sauna and ensuring optimal heat retention, making it extremely hot, energy efficient and nearly indestructible.

Our saunas are equipped with control panels both inside and outside. This allows you to easily adjust the temperature from either location.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will only be charged a 3.89% credit card transaction fee because that is what the credit card company charges us. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, then your sauna has already been shipped and you will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the sauna.
Custom & commercial saunas are non-refundable due to the involvement of 3D designers and various professionals from the design phase to engineering and blueprint creation. We have to hire a team of people to design each custom & commercial sauna which takes hundreds of hours. Because each custom & commercial sauna requires significant time and resources, there are no refunds for custom & commercial saunas after 24 hours from the time the order is placed because we have already contracted a team of professionals to start working on the blueprint of your sauna.
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your product for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. Because a product which is opened and even installed is no longer new, we cannot resell it; for this reason, only unopened packages will be accepted for returns. Prior written return authorization is required. Any returned product must be in its original cartons and packaging at the time of the return request. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the product in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The product must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for return freight shipping, as well as a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee applies to all products that has been shipped regardless if the product has been open or not. If you cancel after the product has been shipped and in transit you will be charged the actual cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the product. If you cancel before the product is shipped you will be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee.
After we receive the product for inspection, we will issue a refund of the product. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.
The seven day return does not apply to custom & commercial saunas. Custom saunas and commercial saunas are non-refundable. However, if there any aspect of the sauna that came damaged or broken, we will rebuild the parts and ship it to you at our cost. We guarantee our work or we will make it again to your satisfaction.
