For those who appreciate cost-effective and efficient delivery, we provide Standard Curbside Delivery.

Your ReGen Tub will be delivered directly to your curb or driveway. - Please note that with curbside delivery, FedEx won't enter your home, assist with setup, or remove packing material or other refuse.
White Glove Delivery
- For an upgraded delivery experience, we recommend our White Glove Delivery service.
- FedEx will reach out to schedule a delivery time via text and email.
With White Glove Delivery, - FedEx's expert team will carefully place your ReGen Tub anywhere in your home, up or down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs.
- Please note, the area must be easily accessible and tub must be able to fit through any walkways, doorways, obstacles, otherwise
- FedEx will not be able to complete delivery and no refunds will be given. They will also handle the disposal of packaging materials.
- It's essential to remember that FedEx won't set up your ReGen Tub.
- Once your ReGen Tub is delivered and placed, setup typically takes around 10-30 minutes.

Cancellations:
All cancellations are subject to a Payment Processing fee if canceled before shipment. The Payment Processing fee varies based on your payment method, and ranges from 3.5%-12.5%. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so as long as your order has not shipped. Please email us at support@regentotalwellness.com to request your cancellation.

Return Eligibility:
Return Period: You have 14 days days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returned Items must be in new and unused condition, unless otherwise approved by ReGen Total Wellness.
If your Warranty has been voided for any reason, you are unable to return your tub.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. The original packaging helps protect the product during transit and ensures it arrives undamaged.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service Team: To initiate a return, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.
- Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives undamaged.
- Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service Team. Be sure to include the RA number on the package for easy identification. You must returnthe product within thirty (30) days of receiving the RA, unless ReGen Total Wellness allows, in writing and in its sole and absolute discretion, a longer time period for return of the product.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please note, the value of any damage to the unit, used components, or wear and tear of the tub will be offset from your refund amount. This offset will be at our discretion. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.
- If you disagree with the approved refund amount, you may request to have the unit shipped back to you. Please note that the Customer will be responsible for any return shipping expenses, including but not limited to packaging materials, freight, and insurance.
- Refund Notification: You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
ReGen Total Wellness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases.
