Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Order for stocked items may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.

Made-to-order items may be canceled within 48 hours of placing an order.

Return / Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 15 days of delivery. Restocking (15% minimum) and shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges will be customers sole responsibility. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Return Exceptions

All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include made-to-order items and closeout items. Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.

Return Process

Please allow up to 5-8 business days for your return or exchange to be processed on the original item(s) has been received. In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.
