A variety of preset programs, including a goal-oriented Time, Calories, and Distance Series, and convenient handlebar pulse sensors ensure you stay in your zone. Bluetooth connectivity allows you to track your progress on the SPIRIT+ app or pair a wireless heart rate monitor (Bluetooth or 5KHz, sold separately), while built-in Bluetooth speakers make it easy to listen to your favorite music or podcast during your workout.

The XE795 is self-powered, meaning no cords to worry about. You can place this product anywhere. A natural 20" stride length and narrow pedal spacing ensures an ideal stride motion, while the oversized, cushioned foot pedals and cushioned ergonomic hand grips ensure comfort at all touch points. The large sealed roller bearings used with the pedal arms and handlebars, along with the dual roller wheels and aluminum tracks, ensure a smooth and reliable workout. Plus, our new removable swivel-tilt tablet holder makes it easy to keep your phone or tablet in view for entertainment or virtual fitness classes, without obscuring console workout data.
